Our Eden Valley cool climate Chardonnay stays true to our philosophy of seeking elegance and is subsequently well awarded. Named after our youngest granddaughter Charli, a sophisticated Chardonnay style was intended from the outset.

Aroma:

Classic Eden Valley cool climate Chardonnay- apples and pears, with a hint of tropical fruits.

Palate

Concentrated fresh pears, toasty warm oak and a long, lean finish.

Food Pairing

Definitely one for the scallop and butter sauce or a pile of peel and eat prawns with lemon wedges and a tangy dipping sauce, or blue swimmer crabs from the shell or with chicken tikka scorched in the tandoor oven! Served chilled from the fridge or esky with seafood, heat, or spice this summer…….through to the summer of 2028!
